Should you fill in a contact form, the only information collected shall be your name, phone number, email address and any message you wish to send to the Desmond Law Firm. This information will only be used to contact you to respond to your request for information. The Desmond Law Firm does not share your contact information or other data with any third parties. The Desmond Law Firm does not archive this data or information and all contacts are deleted after received. As such there is no email list or data collection of your information and any need to “opt-out” is unnecessary.
